2014 Welfare Food Challenge

Last update on Oct. 15, 2014.

Starting this Thusrday I am taking the 2014 Welfare Food Challenge. This challenge only allows me $21 to spend on food for one week. It runs from Thursday October 16th to Wednesday October 22nd. I love witnessing people having that "ah ha moment" when then find out where their food is coming from and all the benefits of a plant based diet. It's really great.

If you would like to join in the merriment here are the up coming dates for leafleting

Wednesday December 18  5pm - 7pm   Robson Street, Vancouver
